I spent my career climbing the corporate ladder, holding various C-level roles starting as a computer programmer to founding a national strategic advisory firm, that I eventually sold to a VC-backed global services company...

For more than 45 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership, technology, and transformation. My career spans a variety of C-Level roles such as CEO, CIO and Senior Partner. I later founded Strategy Meets Action, a strategic advisory firm I grew and ultimately sold to a VC-backed global services company in 2021.
Today, I’m focused on what I believe is my life’s work: helping high-achieving women recognize where their deeper purpose may have been buried beneath years of constant doing—and reconnect with the inner powers that have always been theirs.
