The research behind SelfPowerment began with in-depth interviews with 52 accomplished women leaders and 10 senior male executives, exploring their lived experiences of leadership, advancement, and visibility in organizations.These findings also informed Deb Smallwood’s book SelfPowerment, which explores the inner shift women make as they move from constant proving to leading with clarity, confidence, and choice.
